Prices

All prices are in Euros. New itemsinclude Finnish VAT 22% (value added tax), to used items (guns and deactivated guns) marginal taxation is applied and don't containt returnable tax either in company bookkeeping or export.

Payments

In our web shop payment methods are cash on delivery (Finnish post or Matkahuolto) or advance payment with reference invoice. If using the latter option goods are delivered after we have fully received the payment. Please use note the reference number when paying.

If goods are collected from our warehouse payment can be do by cash, common Finnish bank or credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro).

Other payment methods need to be negotiated separately.

Returns

In all returns first thing to do is contact us so we can give explicit return directions so return will be handled most conveniently and cost effectively. Naturally returned items need to be in same conditions as when sold.

Product requiring license

From finnish buyer of gun which need license we need:

• Original and Valid buying permit with return envelope.
• Copy of identification paper (passport, drivers license or similar)

From finnish buyer of ammunition:

• Copy of a valid gun permit
• Copy of identification paper

Items requiring license will be shipped as registered shipment, so when collected an id must be presented. If not otherwise agreed fees for registering shipment will be charged from customer.
